One-to-One Sessions

  • Sessions are paid for in advance at the time of booking.

  • No refunds are available for cancellations but it is possible to reschedule if you give me at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • All sessions must be used within three months of purchase.

  • While I bring training and experience to our work together, these sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. You are paying for my time, expertise, and insights, and no specific results can be guaranteed.

 

Workshops

  • Workshop fees are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you can:

    • Move your booking to the next available workshop, or

    • Use the amount as credit toward another service I offer.

  • Any credit must be used within three months of the original booking.

  • To respect everyone’s experience, late arrivals may not be admitted once the workshop has begun so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the starting time.

  • By joining, you agree to participate at your own pace and take full responsibility for your wellbeing during the session.

 

Courses

  • Early Bird and Promotional Rates: These special offers are non-refundable.

  • Standard Rates: Refunds are available up to one week before the course start date, minus a £50 admin fee.

  • If you cancel with less than a week’s notice, no refund is possible. However, you may:

    • Reschedule and attend the next available course (if it continues to be offered), or

    • Use the amount as credit toward another service I offer.

  • Any credit must be used within three months of the original course date.

 

Consent & Acknowledgement

By booking a session, workshop, or course, you confirm that you’ve read and understood these terms. You also acknowledge that while my services are designed to support and guide you, they do not replace medical or psychological care, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.​

Changes to This Terms & Conditions

This T&C may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be published on this website, with the date of revision clearly stated.
