Usui Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your healing and spiritual journey, offering more than just technique—it’s a path to mindful living. You'll learn Reiki history, hands-on healing, self-healing practices, energy awareness, and how to live in alignment with Reiki’s spiritual principles.

A 60-minute class centred on the healing vibrations of Tibetan bowls, combined with guided meditation (progressive relaxation + inner journey). Crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments complement the experience, inviting peace, balance, and renewal.

Reiki Level 2 builds on your Level 1 foundation by introducing powerful healing symbols, distance healing, and deeper emotional work. You’ll learn to amplify energy, send healing across time and space, and enhance your practice for personal or professional use.
